In implementation of the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation data) we provide information regarding the processing of your personal data.

Purposes of data processing:
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
a) to present an offer for digitization, software implementation and Microsoft licensing;
b) in order to provide consulting and training services, including in particular – depending on the scope of the contract for the provision of services – presenting an offer in the field of financial services, conducting training, preparing applications, attachments, etc.;
c) meeting the requirements of applicable law, incl
tax and accounting regulations;
d) archiving.
Legal basis for data processing:
Your personal data will be processed if:
a) processing is necessary for the performance of a contract for the provision of legal services, which
you are a party to or to take steps at your request prior to entering into such a contract;
b) processing is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on ADO, e.g. in connection with procedural provisions that indicate the scope of data that should be provided in connection with a specific procedural activity;
c) processing is necessary to protect the vital interests of you or another person
physical ;
d) processing is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests
carried out by ADO or by a third party, i.e. in particular prevention
fraud, ensuring network and information security, pursuing claims.
Special categories of personal data (e.g. data revealing union affiliation
professional data, health data) will be processed only in cases where it is necessary to establish, pursue or defend your claims or on the basis of your express consent to their processing.
Data recipients:
The recipients of your personal data will be persons authorized by ADO to process personal data and entities processing personal data on behalf of ADO on the basis of a concluded agreement on entrusting the processing of personal data (such as IT, HR and accounting entities), as well as hosting service providers.
Data storage period:
Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract for the provision of legal services, and after its completion – until the expiry of the limitation period for claims related to this contract or for the period of possible subsequent archiving of documents.
Your personal data recorded in the accounting documentation will be stored for the period specified in applicable law, including tax regulations, or for the period of possible subsequent archiving of these documents.
After the expiry of the above-mentioned periods, your personal data may be stored to the extent necessary to fulfill the legal counsel’s obligations related to the practice of the profession, e.g. to determine whether there is a conflict of interest in the case.
Rights related to data processing:
You have the following rights related to the processing of personal data:
a) the right to withdraw consent to the processing of data – to the extent that your data
personal data are processed on the basis of consent;
b) the right to access your personal data;
c) the right to request rectification of your personal data;
d) the right to request the deletion of your personal data;
e) the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data;
f) the right to object to the processing of your personal data due to
for your particular situation – in cases where we process your data for

h) the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority
